We take pride in our box repair shipping program. This program has been fully implemented to insure a safe, easy, economical alternative to on-site tech service. In most cases this program will save you hundreds of dollars.
We know this because we are service technicians not salesmen. Do you really want to pay field service technicians for hours of drive time listening to their favorite tunes while they head to your office? Hundreds of dollars are wasted in travel time. Furthermore, how many times has a service call resulted in two trips because the tech did not have the part your equipment needed... or, the sterilizer had "white coat syndrome" and worked great for the technician. Many times intermittent problems aren't discovered in the field because they are just that -- intermittent. We can run your sterilizer continuously in our shop until an intermittent problem arises at no additional cost. Doing so in your office could cost nearly a thousand dollars while a technician ran multiple sterilization cycles "waiting" for the problem to occur. Our box repair shipping program is truly the answer to all of these issues.
The box repair shipping program is possible because we have negotiated incredible round trip shipping rates with our carrier. If you don't have the original manufacturer's box we will provide the proper box and inserts for shipping your autoclave. The box will either be the original manufacturer's box or a custom box with custom inserts. A simple phone call or online request will get a box to your office the next day. Simply place your sterilizer in the box and apply the provided UPS label. It's that simple. We even provide the tape to seal the box. Your sterilizer will arrive at our repair shop the next day.
We stock thousands of dollars of replacement parts in house and repair only tabletop sterilizers. Our focus is dedicated to fast turnaround of your sterilizer. We do not endeavor to be "all things to everyone" in repairing all equipment.
